Imco Waterless Fry

A lid that can cook appetizing dishes and healthy fried foods in less time.


Fry is a lid that allows you to cook pizza, toast, pasta, omelette, fried eggs, battered vegetables and much more in less time and a healthy way.

Fry is much more than just a lid, it is an extraordinary tool that, depending on the flame and the height of the cooking unit, can replace the:

  • • grill

  • • toaster

  • • fryer

  • • microwave

  • • oven

With Fry you can cook pizzas and sweets on the stove at home in the same amount of time it would take you to preheat the oven.

 

No fat
With Fry you can cook without fat, preserving all the taste and flavors. The food is healthier because it is cooked at low temperatures, thus maintaining its organoleptic characteristics.

From the freezer to the pan
With Fry you can cook food that is still frozen. The low temperature cooking defreezes it gently without altering its organoleptic properties.

Healthy fried food
With Fry, fried foods are healthy and light, because the oil is cooked at low temperature and does not exceed the threshold of the “smoking point”. For this reason, you can reuse the same oil many times.

Cooking in less time
With Fry, cooking time is reduced thanks to the combination of two actions:

  • • moist heat created in the pot

  • • heat reflected from the lid to the pot.

Recommendations for use

 

 

TOAST
heat the IMCO grill. When hot, place the toast and cover with the Fry lid. After about 2 minutes, turn over the toast, leave for another 2 minutes. Then turn off and wait 2 minutes before serving.

GRILLED VEGETABLES heat the grill with the Fry lid until you sprinkle a few drops of water that form round shapes that run instead of evaporating. Place the sliced vegetables and cover for a few minutes. Turn them over and grill the other side. Turn off the heat after a few minutes and serve.

OMELETTE heat the shallow pot until you sprinkle a few drops of water that form round shapes that run instead of evaporating. Pour the omelette mix, place the Fry lid and cook on low heat, wait until you can smell the omelette (or steam comes out of the Fry lid). Turn off the heat and without taking off the lid, wait for at least 10 minutes before serving.

ROAST heat the grill until you sprinkle a few drops of water that form round shapes that run instead of evaporating. Brown the meat on all sides on medium heat, then lower the heat to a minimum and continue cooking for at least 20 minutes with the Fry lid. If the sauce becomes too liquid, turn up the heat and evaporate it for a few minutes with the Fry lid. Turn off the heat and wait a few minutes before serving.

CHOPS - STEAKS - SAUSAGES heat the grill until you sprinkle a few drops of water that form round shapes that run instead of evaporating. Brown the meat with the Fry lid. When it comes off the bottom by itself, turn it over and brown the other side. Turn off the heat and serve after a few minutes.

PIZZA
Prepare the dough and roll out a thin sheet. Heat the grill with the Fry lid until you sprinkle a few drops of water that form round shapes that run instead of evaporating. Without greasing or covering with flour, place the dough to cook for a few minutes with the Fry lid, then turn it over and garnish to taste. Cook for about 10 minutes over a medium-low flame. Turn off the heat and serve after a few minutes.

CUTLET AND BREADED FISH
Beat egg with salt, pepper, cheese and spices to taste. Dip slices of meat into it, then cover with breadcrumb. In the IMCO cooking unit (flared pan), place the cutlet and cover it with oil: put on the Fry lid and cook with a lively flame for 2/3 minutes. Then turn the cutlet over and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and wait for two minutes before serving.

GOLDEN LEMON STRIPS
Chop meat (chicken, turkey, veal, pork) into strips of about 3 cm. Immerse them in fresh lemon juice for about an hour, then cover with flour. In the IMCO cooking unit (flared pan) add oil and place the strips so that they are covered with oil. Put on the Fry lid, cook with a lively flame for 2/3 minutes, turning them over once. Turn off the heat and wait a minute before serving.
